The North Atlantic Blues Festival, one of the more prestigious festivals on the East Coast will be held on July 13 and 14, 2013. The event will be held at the popular festival site, Harbor Park in Rockland, Maine, overlooking picturesque Rockland Harbor, two to three hours drive North of Kennebunkport.
