Celebrate 2017 with champagne from Taittinger. Learn all of the basics and compare three different types of champagne: Domaine Carneros, Blanc de Blanc, and Brut. Taste the difference.
March: Let’s Make Cheese
Learn how to make cheese this month with Maître Fromager, Allison Lakin from Lakin’s Gorges Cheese, who began making cheese in 2002 at a farm in New York State and won 15th and 32nd place in the World Championship Cheese contest with her semi-hard cheeses. Enjoy her locally produced cheeses from the region.
