The Regent will have as guest chef The White Barn Inn Restaurant's own world -renowned Chef Jonathan Cartwright, a veteran of some of the finest Relais & Chateaux kitchens including Blantyre in Lenox, Massachusetts, the Horned Dorset Primavera in Puerto Rico, and the Hotel Bareiss in the Black Forest region of Germany--as well as several Michelin starred restaurants in Europe. 

Chef Cartwright will be presenting cuisines of the Mediterranean and working with wine directors to provide a grand adventure in Mediterranean food and wine.
